At The Family Doc we participate with many managed care plans, but also file any and all insurances, including non-participating insurances.
Payment is expected at the time that services are rendered and may be made in cash, by check or VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Each individual's insurance policy is different and reflects a contract between you and your insurance company. It is your responsibility to be familiar with your insurance company and your responsibility to pay any co-pay or deductible required by your policy.
