What is an E-Visit?
An E-Visit is an interaction with your provider through our secure messaging service. It is intended for minor problems and follow-up care. It is not intended for life threatening or urgnt care. If you are experiencing a life threatening or urgent situation, please call 911 immediately. Our normal response time for an E-Visit is 24 hours.
What does it cost?
The cost for an E-Visit with your provider is $35. We will send an invoice for that amount within 7-10 days of your online consultation at the address we have on record for you.
How do I start an E-Visit?
All you have to do is fill out information about your problem in our secure web form by clicking the link to "Start an E-Visit" (below). It will then be triaged by a nurse and sent to your provider. In some cases, your E-Visit may be handled by our on-call provider if your provider is unavailable or if your request is after hours.
